for The Eyemouth Maritime Festival, 2004

The Eyemouth Maritime Festival welcomes boat owners to our 'Celebration of the Sea'. We anticipate a range of interesting craft, and whilst we will give priority to classic boats, we encourage all boats owners to come to Eyemouth in August for what will be a wonderful few days.

During the Festival, berthing in the Harbour for visiting boats will be free to participants (i.e. paid for by the festival). On arrival you will register with the Harbourmaster in the normal way, and you will receive an information pack about Eyemouth and the facilities available to you.

All visiting boats coming for the festival will need to register in advance. Registration is FREE. In addition to the normal harbour information, you will be given full details of the festival and information on how you can take part.

Our aim is to make your stay in Eyemouth a pleasant one, and to have our visitors make the most of your visit. We are planning a 'Captain's Reception' and a series of 'Captains Tables' where you can enjoy some of the wonderful dining opportunities the area has to offer. There will be Arts and History Trails, musical and maritime events and opportunities for you to be involved in the festival and to show your boats and skill to your best advantage.

We welcome any ideas from you. We encourage you to tell us as much as you can about yourself and your boat. If you send us a picture we will display this on our website and use it where possible in our festival programme.
